Steven founded SL Insulation in July 2013 and brings a strong passion for both business and the construction industry. As a highly motivated leader and natural people-person, he is committed to building strong teams, delivering quality outcomes, and driving the company’s continued growth.

Reuben has been part of the SL Insulation since 2017. As Operations Manager, he leads the team to perform at the highest level, setting clear targets and goals while maintaining the quality and standards SL Insulation is known for across every project.

Luke provides leadership and direction across the business since 2023, managing the team and overseeing overall performance. He focuses on planning, strategy, and ensuring the company continues to operate at a high standard.

Robert brings over a decade of construction insight to SL Insulation, having first joined the company back in 2013. After working in scheduling, he moved into the Accounts Manager role in 2025, where he now builds strong client relationships while keeping the upbeat, approachable atmosphere our clients and staff appreciate.

Mohammad has been managing the SL Insulation warehouse since 2021, ensuring materials, logistics, and operations run efficiently. Known for his organisation, punctuality, and leadership, he plays a key role in supporting the team and maintaining smooth day-to-day operations.

Will joined the SL Insulation team in 2025 and plays an important role in ensuring all work meets the highest quality and compliance standards. He is committed to maintaining efficient processes and supporting the team to keep operations running smoothly.

Arya joined the SL Insulation team in 2024 and led the Administration team through to early 2026. With strong leadership and organisational skills, she ensures operations run smoothly and efficiently. Arya brings extensive experience in administration and team management to her new role of Administrative Operations Manager.

Joey joined the SL Insulation team in 2022 and brings strong leadership, reliability, and extensive experience in insulation removal and installation. Known for his approachable nature and team spirit, he helps foster a positive work environment while ensuring projects run smoothly.

David has been part of the SL Insulation team since 2014 and brings extensive industry knowledge and experience to the team. With a Diploma of Building & Construction, he plays a key role in maintaining technical standards, supporting the team, and ensuring every project meets the highest level of quality. David is passionate about helping clients create comfortable, energy-efficient homes.

Jesther has been part of the SL Insulation team since 2020 and plays a key role in delivering accurate and reliable project estimates. Known for his focus, consistency, and strong work ethic, he supports the team by ensuring projects are well planned and quoted.

Nick joined SL Insulation in 2025 as a Junior Project Estimator and holds a Bachelor of Science in Civil Engineering from St. Mary’s College of Tagum, Philippines. He brings a strong work ethic and a focused, dedicated approach to supporting project planning.

Max joined SL Insulation in 2024 and holds a degree in Construction Management. As a Site Estimator, he brings strong technical knowledge, reliability, and a proactive approach to every project. Known for his professionalism and strong work ethic, Max is a valued member of the team who consistently supports high-quality project delivery.

Ilaria joined SL Insulation in 2025 as an Administrative Assistant and now leads the Administrative team while managing Marketing and Graphic Design projects. She holds a double degree in Business (Management) and Design (Communication Design) from Swinburne University and brings creativity, strong organisation, and a strong problem-solving mindset to the team.

Shantel has been a valued member of the SL Insulation team since 2023. With a background in Business Commerce from Swinburne University, she brings strong analytical and organisational skills to support the administrative team and daily business operations. Shantel contributes to a welcoming and collaborative work environment.

Dimple joined the SL Insulation team in 2024 and is currently studying a Bachelor of Interior Design. She brings creativity, strong organisational skills, and a proactive approach to problem-solving to support the administrative team and daily business operations.
