We had a great opportunity this past August to work with the Tilbuilt team on a renovation project in Port Melbourne, right in the heart of the high-rise buildings and converted warehouses. We handled the subfloor, bulk insulation, and draft-proofing to ensure this extension project was ready for its new occupants.

For fire safety, we installed Hardfire batts, a fire-resistant product that provides an extra layer of protection. We also used poly draft proofing to seal up any gaps, ensuring the property is as airtight as possible for maximum comfort. For the bulk insulation, we used a trusted Australian brand across the ceilings, boundary walls, internal walls, and even around the skylights. These high-quality batts offer excellent thermal performance and are a reliable choice for any project.
