Over in the west in Williamstown, we collaborated with Mancini Made on a new extension and renovation project. This waterfront property presented some unique challenges, but we were ready for them, working from the initial framing stages all the way to the final insulation install.

We started by wrapping the steel frame with a high-performance wall wrap, from the basement up to the first floor. This brand is a top choice, as it provides a fantastic weather-resistant barrier during construction. We also worked with the Mancini team to get their logo custom-printed on the wrap—a great way to elevate brand recognition on-site.

For the bulk insulation, we installed a trusted Australian brand across the new cabana, existing home, and the new extension. These batts provide a cost-effective, efficient, and sustainable solution. This property is now fully insulated, from the ceiling and skylights down to the basement and subflooring, ensuring it’s ready to stand up to the coastal climate.
